Presentation

Material:

all our production is made of AISI 304L and AISI 316L stainless steel taken from 11850 and 17457 cold-rolled steel tube for the food industry.

Standard production:

DIN, SMS, RJT, BS, ISS, IDF, clamp and gas standards.

Standard dimensions:

from DN 10 to DN 168,3.

Standard finishes:

unrefined, external polishing and internal satining, external and internal satining, pickling and sanding with glass microspheres.

Machining specifications:

the stub pipe is centred and welded on the tee by means of a welder designed by us. By means of a computer, this welder divides the diameter into nine segments thereby giving better weld penetration uniformity. The weld is protected internally with nitrogen to prevent any cracks or crevices forming. The next machining process is weld rolling, making it uniform to facilitate polishing the piece. Finally, using a machine of our own design, the piece is squared up. For the gas pieces, we use the same technology as the one used to produce pieces for the food industry .

Technologies:

a new, numerically controlled, high pressure water jet machine, built to our design, has meant that we have been able to increase our productivity and competitiveness on the market.
